By creating an account, using our Services, or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Triominds provides a parent-managed learning support platform designed to help families set up child profiles, configure learning preferences, and receive AI-supported educational practice and related progress information.

2. Who may use the Services

Our Services are intended for use by parents, guardians, or other authorised adults who create and manage accounts for children in their care.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

3. Parent responsibility

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate registration and profile information;
• ensuring that any child information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it;
• supervising your child’s use of any learning content or messaging-based delivery connected to the Services;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activities that take place under your account unless caused by our own fault.

4. Account registration and verification

To create an account, you may be required to provide your name, email address, password, and other requested information.

We may require email verification before your account is activated.

We may suspend, refuse, or terminate registration attempts or accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, or false information.

5. Child profiles and learning configuration

Parents may create and manage child profiles, including details such as:

• child name or nickname;
• school and year group;
• subject preferences;
• target exam or target school;
• timezone;
• preferred morning or evening practice times;
• other learning-related information.
• You should not submit unnecessary personal information.

6. Nature of the Services

Triominds is designed to support educational practice and parental oversight. The Services may include:

• AI-supported question selection or practice planning;
• messaging-based delivery (for example, Telegram or other supported channels);
• progress summaries;
• operational notifications;
• account and subscription communications.
• Our Services are designed to support learning, but they do not guarantee any particular educational outcome, exam result, school placement, or academic improvement.

7. Messaging integrations

Where you choose to connect a messaging channel such as Telegram, you authorise us to use that channel to deliver practice sessions, progress-related information, operational notices, and service-related messages connected to your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen messaging account is accessible to you and used appropriately.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove messaging channel support at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully or fraudulently;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• misuse referral, reward, or promotional systems;
• upload, submit, or send harmful, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content;
• use the Services in a way that could harm children or other users.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including website content, branding, software, workflows, designs, and generated service materials (excluding your own submitted information), are owned by or licensed to Triominds.

We may offer referral rewards, bonus days, promotions, streak rewards, or similar incentives. These may be changed, suspended, limited, or withdrawn at any time.

Some parts of the Services may become paid or subscription-based. If paid plans are introduced, we will provide pricing and billing terms before you are charged.

Trials, promotional access, bonus days, and reward-based extensions may be subject to separate plan terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
