By starting paid access or a free trial, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

1. Service Description

Triominds provides an AI-powered educational support platform for children, including practice generation, performance tracking, and learning insights.

2. Subscription & Billing

The service is billed as a monthly subscription.

• Pricing is currently set at GBP 20 per child per month.
• Users may enable or disable coverage per child.
• Billing is based on the number of covered children.

3. Free Trial

New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.

• No charge is applied during the trial period.
• After the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts into a paid plan unless cancelled.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By providing payment details, users authorise automatic recurring billing.

5. Price Changes

Triominds reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing in response to inflation, operational costs, or service improvements.

Any pricing change will be notified at least 14 days in advance, will apply only to future billing cycles, and users may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

Triominds does not guarantee uninterrupted service, but will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Triominds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
